How to start a return

Call us at 1-800-555-0134 (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm ET) or use the Help button to message us, and a real person will help right away. We'll email you the return address and process your refund as soon as your package is on its way back to us.

Cancelling a subscription

You can pause or cancel anytime — online from your account in about 60 seconds, or by phone. You're never locked in.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear.
